What is visualization?
Visualization is an effective tool that harnesses the power of your subconscious mind to help you achieve your wildest dreams. In short, you think about and see in your mind's eye what you want.
Your mind has an amazing ability to create your reality, and visualization is a key to creating the reality you desire. Our thoughts, like everything, are made up of energy, and that energy sends a certain vibration into the universe.
As vibrations are sent out, they attract similar energetic vibrations and draw them to us. The more positive energy you put out, the more positive energy you’ll receive.
Many people use visualization for inspiration, motivation and even to change limiting beliefs.
Below we will discuss how to visualize for yourself as well as how to improve upon your visualization techniques.Visualize the life you want and solve your problem, click here.

Follow these four steps to effective visualization:
1. Choose a quiet place without distractions.
2. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Breathe in slowly through your nose to a count of five, then exhale through your mouth to a count of five or more. As you breathe in, your diaphragm should expand, and as you exhale, it should flatten.- Take at least three to five breaths like this to slow your heart rate and calm your mind.
3. Picture a clear mental image of what you desire. Focus on the details. Notice the colors, textures, sounds and smells within your vision. See yourself touching the things in your vision and tasting the air.
- Let it play like a movie in your mind, with you as the director and leading star.
- Picture yourself already doing or having the things you want to manifest.
- See yourself accomplishing your goals with ease.
4. Practice visualizing the thing you want at least two times each day. In order for visualization to work to its highest potential, you must be consistent with your new habit and use the practice every day.
- If you start to experience negative thoughts during your day, stop them and replace them with your vision and the positive thoughts connected to it.
- The best times are while you're in bed: first thing in the morning and just before you fall asleep. You mind tends to be more open and relaxed at these times.

Tips & Suggestions:
- Don't rush through your visualization. Allow yourself enough time to experience the vision fully; about ten minutes or so is usually sufficient.
- Follow each step of the process through to completion. Let yourself feel the emotions connected to achieving your goal. Avoid any feelings of doubt or questioning. Visualize the outcome as though it has already happened.
- Remember that you may not receive the answers you’re seeking in the way you expect. Remain open minded to different manifestations of your desires. An example: if you desire money, don't expect to win the lottery or receive a check in the mail. Instead, you may be offered a new job, promotion, or some other opportunity to earn extra money.
- You may find your desires answered immediately or they may come to pass gradually. Chill out!

Be thorough.
Envisioning yourself accomplishing your objective is just a beginning. To be thorough, visualize your life as a whole, including all the changes that would result from achieving your objective. By doing this, you make your vision real enough to have significant effects.
- For example, imagining a big pile of cash on your dining room table isn’t enough to achieve greater wealth. If you really did have that much money, would you really have it piled up on your dining room table? Unlikely. You'd most likely have a bank statement or brokerage statement that showed your huge balance.
- Also, consider everything else that would change in your life. Would you still be going to work every day? Would you be working in the same place? Would you be living in the same house? Drive the same car? Hang out with the same people?

Use what comes to you.
While visualizing, you're likely to feel certain emotions. These emotions are the key to predicting your ultimate success. If you feel confident and excited during your visualization process, you're well on your way. However, if you feel any negative emotions, you have more work to do.
- Try to determine the cause of any negative feelings and deal with them. Keep a list of the issues that arise and make a plan to address them.

Write it down!
Avoid trying to do it all in your head. Once a week, write out your visualization and be as detailed as possible. What are your thoughts? How do you feel? What do you see, hear, taste and smell? It's worthwhile to read your visualization aloud at least once a day. The more senses and learning modalities you use, the better.
- Imagine your dreams coming to life. Read them like a story to yourself, and read aloud so you hear them, too. This is much more effective than just occasionally daydreaming about your goals.
