The process of finding your life purpose will enable you to tune in to your inner self and figure out what makes you tick. You will master your life! Take the time to find your life purpose starting today. Your life will undoubtedly change for the better.

Start Here To Find Your Life Purpose:

During this process, an open mind is optional, but helpful.

If you don't think this will work - it just means it might take a little longer. But, don't fret. All you must have is a piece of paper, something to write with, and about an hour of peace and serenity.

As you're completing this life purpose exercise, empty your mind as much as you can. The clearer your mind is, the faster and easier the process will be.

Oh, and do this while you're relaxed, alone, and unlikely to be disturbed.

The Process Of Finding Your Life Purpose:

Start by focusing on your intention.

Write at the top of your piece of paper: "This is my life purpose." This one, simple act sets the intention in your mind for the next hour.

What is your intention?

Begin listing all your thoughts on the piece of paper (even doubts about the process).

As you clear your mind and focus, write whatever comes to mind, no matter what it is. If you think to yourself, "This isn't going to work," then write, "This isn't going to work."

What are your thoughts & doubts?

It's time to brainstorm.

Answering the following questions will get the process moving super fast. Keep writing your thoughts until you find your life purpose.

  • What are your abilities and talents?
  • Which abilities would you like to develop further? Why?
  • What are your passions in life?
  • Do you find joy in helping others? Who do you like to help?
  • Do you want to be a philanthropist?
  • What activities do you enjoy doing?
  • What have you always wanted to do, but you haven't had time to do it yet?
  • Who do you most enjoy being around? Children? Adults? Volunteers? Why?
  • Do you love pets and animals?
  • Do you like to travel?
  • Do you want more excitement in your life? How will you satisfy this need?
  • What are your favorite books or movies? Why? What are the similarities in each of them?
  • How do you feel about your past and present relationships?
  • Do you have an interest in politics or world issues?
  • What is the most important priority in your life? Family? Career? Volunteering?

Got a pencil and paper? Brainstorm now. Yes, now!

You'll just know it.

Trust me. You'll know what your life purpose it. It will be the answer that fills you with the most emotion. You may even start crying. The idea will resonate with you completely. There won't be any doubt about it. Simply continue writing whatever comes into your mind until you reach that very point.

  • In many cases, answers will start to repeat themselves. A lot of unrelated nonsense is also likely to come out. Our brains can be a little cluttered, and this exercise will definitely expose that fact. Don't let anything you write distract you from your intentions; the oddest things quite frequently end up on the piece of paper.
  • There may be several answers along the way that feel pretty good to you, but remember, you're looking for that big one. When you see the ones that are pretty good, but not "IT," this means you're close, but not quite on target yet. Keep writing.
  • You're looking for that one idea or thought that overwhelms you with feeling. It's common for your life purpose to reveal itself in less than 100 ideas, but it can take as many as 500. Keep writing.

What's your life purpose?
