• Melatonin & Herbal Remedies.

    Melatonin, Valerian Root and others are popular natural remedies for insomnia. I personally take Schiff Melatonin Ultra which includes 3mg Melatonin + 25mg L-Theanine + 25mg GABA + Chamomile & Valerian Extracts. Give it a week or two before saying it's not effective.

    Works like a charm! I've taken it for about 5+ years now.
